Do you offer shipping for your products? Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes! We are now happy to offer free shipping of the Trunk Bunk, Home On Wheels Kit and other standard products all throughout the contiguous/lower 48 of the United States. The only thing we cannot ship is our custom work. Standardized products are also available for free local pickup in Port Townsend, at the same location where all of our custom work comes through.

Shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii and internationally but the shipping costs for those purchases must be calculated on an individual basis as the charges vary greatly depending on the exact location. If you would like to have our product shipped to you and you are outside the lower 48 contiguous United States please contact us and we will get you a shipping quote!

What is your return policy?

For any issues with your purchase please contact us ASAP and we will be sure to make it right! Your satisfaction is our number one priority and our team is happy to work with you on any kind of problem you may face with our products.

All of our standardized products and custom work are backed up by a one year manufacturer’s warranty that covers replacement parts and repairs on any defects that were a mistake on the part of our production process. In the event that any part of your order was damaged in transit we are also proud to offer free replacement parts shipped at no cost to you.

We do not offer refunds for products that have been purchased, received and opened by customers.

If you have made a purchase and wish to return an item which has yet to ship or be fulfilled, you are eligible for a refund with a 10% cancellation fee taken out of the total balance. This charge is there to cover our card transaction fees, admin time, and restocking labor.
