Shipping & Returns

Do you offer shipping for your products? Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes! We are now happy to offer shipping of the Trunk Bunk and other standard products all throughout the contiguous/lower 48 of the United States. Your shipping rate depends on your location and will be calculated at checkout. The only thing we cannot ship is our custom work. Standardized products are available for free local pickup in Port Townsend, at the same location where all of our custom work comes through.

At this time we cannot offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally, although we hope to change that soon. The current cost of shipping to those locations is just too high. However, if you are really determined to get something from us and live outside the lower 48 of the US, contact us and we’ll see if we can work something out.

What is your return policy?

For any issues with your purchase please contact us ASAP and we will be sure to make it right! Your satisfaction is our number one priority and our team is happy to work with you on any kind of problem you may face with our products. We are proud to offer free replacment parts and fix any defects for products that may have been damaged in transit.

We do not offer refunds for products that have been purchased, received and opened by customers.

If you have made a purchase and wish to return an item which has yet to ship or be fulfilled, you are eligible for a refund with a 5% cancellation fee taken out of the total balance. This charge is there to cover our card transaction fees.
