We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it work. The Full Drawer is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided it's unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging with all included items such as hardware, manuals, stickers, the works. A few important caveats: once the mounting hardware has been opened, installed, or even attempted to be installed, the unit can no longer be returned. This is a safety requirement, not a fine-print gotcha. If you have fitment questions before you commit, reach out first, we're happy to help. Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is approved, you'll have 15 days to get it back to Nomad Kitchen.

The slides of the Half Drawer has been tested to support up to 200 lbs when extended. The exterior shell of the Half Drawer has been tested to support 400 lbs. on top. We do not recommend exceeding the tested weights.
