DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING FOR YOUR PRODUCTS? DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
Yes! We are now happy to offer free shipping of the Trunk Bunk, Home On Wheels Kit and other standard products all throughout the contiguous/lower 48 of the United States. The only thing we cannot ship is our custom work. Standardized products are also available for free local pickup in Port Townsend, at the same location where all of our custom work comes through.
Shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii and internationally but the shipping costs for those purchases must be calculated on an individual basis as the charges vary greatly depending on the exact location. If you would like to have our product shipped to you and you are outside the lower 48 contiguous United States please contact us and we will get you a shipping quote!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For any issues with your purchase please contact us ASAP and we will be sure to make it right! Your satisfaction is our number one priority and our team is happy to work with you on any kind of problem you may face with our products.
All of our standardized products and custom work are backed up by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers replacement parts and repairs on any defects that were a mistake on the part of our production process. In the event that any part of your order was damaged in transit and can no longer be used, we can offer free replacement parts shipped at no cost to you.
These are the rules for product returns:
All refunds (whether you’re cancelling an order or returning a package) are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be taken out of your refund amount.
For the Pioneer Platform, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping. If you still have the original box, we can offer a discounted return label; otherwise, you’ll need to package it securely and ship it back yourself. Once we receive it in like-new condition, we’ll issue your refund minus the applicable fees.
For DIY assembly kits like the Trunk Bunk or Frontier Futon, we do not offer refunds if your package has been received and opened. If you receive the package but wish to send it back before opening it, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it. We can provide a discounted return shipping label. DIY kits can only be returned in the original unopened packaging in which they were sent. Once we receive the unopened original package, we’ll process your refund, minus the 10% restocking fee and the cost of the return label.
For all mattresses and cushions purchased from our web store, you can receive a refund for these if you initiate a return within 30 days of receiving them. You will need to re-package the mattress (or send it back in its original unopened package) to our partner manufacturer in Oregon. Once they receive the package and confirm the mattress is in like-new condition, we will issue your refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Keep in mind these mattresses expand after you open them, and will likely require new packaging.
If you have made a purchase and wish to return an item that has yet to ship or be fulfilled, you are eligible for a refund with a 10% restocking fee taken out of the total refund amount. This charge is there to cover our card transaction fees, admin time, and restocking labor.
