The Pioneer Platform is incredibly sturdy with an approved weight capacity of 300 pounds per platform. (weights may vary slightly from unit to unit)

To make the return process as smooth as possible, here’s how it works:

• You’ll need to cover return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
• Once we receive the Pioneer Platform and confirm it’s in like-new condition, we’ll issue your refund minus the restocking fee and shipping label cost (if we provide it)

If you still have the original box, we can provide you with a discounted return shipping label. If the original packaging is no longer available, no worries, you’ll just need to package it securely and handle the return shipping on your own.

The Pioneer Platform is engineered to be incredibly strong and can handle a lot of weight. That being said, we recommend a maximum weight of 400 pounds per platform.

While it may not always be necessary to fasten the Pioneer Platform into your vehicle, it can be an important safety consideration for some cars and setups. This is why the Pioneer Platform has a few holes in its frame at various points, which can act as effective tie-down points for running paracord, zip ties, or other means of fastening for securing it into your vehicle. Yes! All of our products are designed to be easily removed and reinstalled by the users so that you don’t have to commit your vehicle to a permanent alteration. The Pioneer Platform in particular is very easy to remove from your car and doesn’t take a ton of space to stow away. It can even fit behind the folded seats of some larger vehicles. Yes we do, but you will need to contact us to make a special shipping arrangement. We offer free shipping to all customers in the contiguous/lower 48 of the United States but for anyone outside the US or in Alaska/Hawaii we will need to generate a custom shipping quote and charge accordingly.

Yes, we do! You can choose a mattress in 2″ length increments between 60″ and 80″ long. We recommend picking a mattress length that is appropriate for your height and can fit with the maximum amount of length you have available to fit the Pioneer Platform in your vehicle. If you don’t want to purchase our mattress you can use a wide variety of other sleeping pads or car camping air mattresses on the market!
