Single vs. Expanding Bed
Customize your Home on Wheels Kit with a single sleeper bed frame (Basic Bunk @ 23″ wide) or the expanding Trunk Bunk, which is great for two and telescopes between 25″ and 42″ wide. You’ll want to consider how many people will be camping in the car, the size of mattress you prefer, and whether or not your pup has bed privileges!

Bed Length & Height
Both the Basic Bunk and expanding Trunk Bunk come in 5’, 5.5’, and 6’ lengths. Here, you’ll want to consider how tall you are and how much room your vehicle has. You can also choose a bed frame height. We offer a 9.5” (regular) and 17” (tall) version. Consider under-bed storage as well as headroom when deciding. Remember, mattresses add inches!

Adjustability
Our leveler legs offer a solution for uneven floors by giving you up to two inches of adjustability on all points of contact. They can also make our 17” (tall) bed even taller! If you would like a custom adjustment, just contact us to come by the shop in Port Townsend, Washington! We are happy to offer special fittings, adjustments, and additions.
